I’ve coached over 10,000 golfers, ranging from European tour winners to the every day golf-for-fun golfer.

For me, it’s all about the journey, seeing golfers transform their ability and confidence on the course through fitness is why I do what I do.

I’ve been obsessed with golf since the age of 7. In my younger years, I competed with and against the players we see on our TV today.

Then, I pursued my passion of fitness and became obsessed with the connection to golf performance.

I went on to become a world leader, completing a PhD in Strength and Conditioning for Golf.

That’s how I earned my famous nickname Dr. Golf.
